Yes, I feel everyone's experience is unique. Like did I get a your "English is so good" in the aust, uk and us? No. But I did get the usual, "go back to your own country" in every country I lived in but Japan. (And I'm not Japanese)

Dunno what to make of that, all I can control is how I feel about it, not how positive or negative the other person is who is saying it.
