Enroute to NYC through SFO.

My plane from Tokyo got delayed by an hour which meant it was likely I would miss my connecting flight.

I spent the extra hour trying to change my United flight (tech issues), which worked (hurray). Pleasantly surprised how nice airlines now use combo of apps, SMS and web to integrate your experience.
